When you’re picking cotton and your doffer system isn’t removing the cotton cleanly from the spindles, you’ve likely got a worn or damaged doffer disc. That means cotton stays stuck on the spindles instead of getting knocked off and into the basket—and that’s just money left in the field. This lower doffer disc gets your picking units back to smooth operation so every spindle gets cleaned properly on each rotation.
What You’re Getting
- Precise fit that works with the doffer shaft to strip cotton from spindles effectively
- Durable construction built to handle the constant contact and spinning motion
- Made by PickSmart, a trusted name in cotton picker components
- Direct replacement part that installs without modifications
Built for Real Cotton Picking Work
This doffer disc is designed specifically for Case IH cotton pickers where consistent cotton removal is critical to your harvest efficiency. Whether you’re running through dense cotton or dealing with varying moisture conditions, this disc works with the rest of the doffer assembly to keep your spindles clean and ready for the next pass through the cotton plant.
Made to Last
Cotton picking puts serious wear on doffer components with all the spinning, contact, and debris that comes through the picking units. This disc is built to handle that punishment season after season, maintaining its shape and effectiveness even after thousands of acres of picking.
Installation Notes
This part installs as part of the doffer assembly on the lower position. Make sure to check the condition of other doffer components while you’re in there—worn parts often affect each other, and replacing everything that needs attention at once saves you time later.
