MAS FLAG Medium-Viscosity Resin is one component of a non-blushing, low-odor epoxy resin system. Use it with MAS Fast, Medium or Slow Hardeners (e.g. 78974, sold separately) for the curing characteristics you require, and combine the hardeners, if you wish, to create custom gel times. FLAG may also be mixed with MAS Low-Viscosity Resin (75848, sold separately) to adjust the viscosity. FLAG stands for filling, laminating and gluing. Its medium viscosity is ideal for laminating non-horizontal surfaces because of increased sag resistance. It has a simple 2-to-1 mix ratio by volume, easily wets out fiberglass fabric, and requires no messy wash-downs. MAS Fillers such as phenolic microballoons, colloidal silica or wood flour may be added to the epoxy resin to make compounds for bonding, fairing, filleting or filling.
