Superb Two‑Handle Scorp Chairmaker’s Inshave – Large Size, 7″ Across the handlesA superb example of a traditional two‑handle scorp (inshave), measuring a generous 7″ across. This large size tool was a staple of chairmakers, designed for hollowing out saddled seats and shaping curved work with efficiency and control. The curved blade is well‑formed and sharp, seating firmly between the two comfortable wooden handles. The sweep of the blade allows for smooth, controlled cuts across wide surfaces, making it ideal for Windsor chair seats and other demanding curved work.
